I saw the #silhouettechallenge floating around and wanted to take a stab at it in my own way. The original Paul Anka song , the remixes by Doja Cat and Streets X and so many more are all so rad. I love remixes. Morphing something someone has done in your own way to make a chimeric monstrosity that is so much more than the sum of its part excites me. I love watching multiple artists produce with the same sample. It jogs a compartment of your brain that doesn't get enough attention. To have so many "holy fuck, that is amazing, I never would have thought of that" moments is rejuvenating as an artist. Like a free new device for your creative toolbelt to study, use or dismantle.

I could rant about this shit forever and this video/song is less than a minute long. My contribution is miniscule, but like I said, remixes excite/inspire me. Normally wouldn't hop on a social media trend but this actually exhilarated me. I uploaded the track to my sites for free download if any of y'all want to utilize my instrumental.
